Slovenians will build 5 small hydro power plants

Fero invest and Turbo Institut will construct 5 small HPP, in Gornobelicki and Letnicki springs.
Slovenian consortium Fero invest and Turbo Institut from Ljubljana will construct 5 small hydro power plants, three in Gornobelicki springs near Struga and two in Letnicki springs near Ohrid.
Among 10 companies applied in the tender, their offer was chosen as the most favourable. The Slovenians will invest EUR 4 million in the construction of those hydro power plants.
In Gornobelicki springs, the hydrp power plants will have the power of 1.5 MW and in Letnicki 0.7 MW. The power plants should be finished in 12 months, and 20 percent of the profit will belong to Proaqui, which manages these springs.
These power plants will be used by the Slovenian consortium – Gornobelicki for 20 and Letnicki for 30 years. (Vecer)

"Turbo-institut Fero-invest" - best bidder for construction of mini-HPP in Macedonia

Plants in the Ohrid and Struga Regions have been awarded to Slovenians through concessions
Slovenian consortium "Turbo-institut Fero-invest" has been selected for the best bidder on the international tender for construction of mini-hydroelectric power plants, which was announced by Macedonia.
The consortium from Ljubljana, with the best bid among ten bidder, will be building four hydroelectric power plants in the Ohrid region and two in the Struga region and it will invest 4m EUR.
Mini-hydroelectric power plants in the Ohrid region, with the production capacity of 1.5 MW, have been awarded to Slovenians through concession on 25 years, while the concession term for those in the Struga region, with the capacity of 0.7 MW, is 30 years.
Public company for water supply in the Ohrid-Struga region "Proakva" will get 20% of the annual profit from produced electric power and, after concession terms expires, it will inherit the 6 mini-hydroelectric power plants.
