Both were big singers during the 60s and (early)70s, some of the high periods of cultural communism in Albania before everything started its stagnation and collapse in the later 70s. They also sang in the 80s though Vace Zela.... I have a slight suspicion that she, like a number of Albanian singers, could have some Gypsy blood in her: A number of pictures here: Alida Hisku:

Lindita Theodhori (video in black and white, starts around 1 min)
Sort of a greek look... or maybe a Gypsy one... I actually cant tell too much (her nose is certainly Greek)

The problem is not to differ Greek from gypsy look but to recognize gypsy influence, also and especially if it consists of minor mixture.
