How can bodies like that be sustained at that age? Good genes (a), some unknown genetic engineering (b) ... what? (some Nazi scientists escaped to Brazil used for reason (b)) Truly unbelievable  Or is it a set of plastic operations in a country that leads in them? |

Stop being so harsh, what about men??? They are hardly ever sexy at any age; so stop judging these ladies. They are giving it a go, gee if my body looks that good at that age; especially after if I have children I would be mighty impressed with myself :-)

(some Nazi scientists escaped to Brazil used for reason (b)) Truly unbelievable I guess the science to keeping fit and nutrition would play a big part, not only women, but men also are taking care of themselves and are looking and feeling much younger these days, I would say there is some plastic surgery involved but I got to tell ya I am lovin these women, Keep it up girls.  |

yeah
would say exercise and the right diet would,and also having a healthy lifestyle,getting sufficient rest.
Another thing:NOT SUNBATHING.
We all know too much sun exposure causes the skin to have freckles and moles(particularly for Europeans) and ages it.
It damages the skin of all races but even more so for European because they have the lightest colour.

Working out diffidently helps here.
I have seen a women who was approx 60 years of age & with a body of an 18 years old on a city tram here in Melbourne. I saw her real age when she turned to face me, before she turned i sincerely thought she was a teenager.
Was a truly fantastic body, simply awesome body !
