Most likely she is also mixed and with non-Albanian ancestors. We Albanians too are not protected from racial intermixing. I never was talking about purity? I was talking about the typical form. Where did you read about purity?
It's the same as if this guy was singing... hardly the typical Albanian...

^^^ I don't know. I get the sense that whenever these topics come up in Albanian forums its to poke fun at other ethnicities. Insomniac beleive it or not those lines on a map they are invisible in real life. Maybe I was out of place with my comment but since we are on the topic of race, do you have any comments about why Marsela, the singer in the video I posted looks like she could pass for Chinese? How the hell did that happen?
Anyways I am going to keep this discussion short because THESE topics usually go south pretty quick.

Marija Serifovic is half Turkish by the way. Your whole argument is flawed because there is no such thing as a "typical Slav". A Serbs looks NOTHING like a Russian or a Pole, or a Czech. Serbs are not ethnically close to Northern Slavs (ie.real Slavs). Anyways, your definition of slanted eyes means most white people will have "slanted eyes". Again, show me one shred of genetic evidence that supports your "theory" that Serbs have some sort of Asiatic genes in their blood that make their eyes slanted. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y-DNA_haplogroups_by_ethnic_groupsCheck it again. Nothing.

Albanians don't look like Slavs. We look more Mediterrenean. Our closest ancestors would be the "old" Greeks of the continent. The Turks are the new Greeks. And it's not really surprising given that many new Greeks settled from Asia minor. We also have close similarities with the Vlachs. Even our dinarics are different-looking then Slavic dinarics. I don't know about you but i can most of the times tell the difference. It depends which region you go to. We also have Celtic-looking people from the North which looks like Irish. Actually, Albanians are not racially similar to Greeks, but rather to Yugoslavs. The girl on the left is actually Mongolian.

There are many many Albanians who look like them, many many many. And your photos are not indicative of race. Ivanovic is laughing (which causes your eyes to squint), so are a number of others. Markovic is looking downwards and doesnt have her face looking straight.
Your pics are biased and your approach pathetic.
And Ive seen pics of you, you do not look like a typical Alb.

You can find many angles of the pictures. It does not make a slight difference. I can see their Slavicness from 100 feet away.

She is still focused and squinting. Again, your argument doesnt really work. Her eyes are still no more "squinty" (which in itself is not indicative of asian origins) than any other med woman. She looks quite Mediterranean. Im guessing that by your standards, she is Slavic as well:

Nope. My first guess would be she looks Italian.

You have to train yourself to spot Slavs. They have swollen faces, slanty eyes and generally big noses. Which the Italian women has neither of the three...
