Bosnian Serb nationalism remains strong Al Jazeera - Oct 5, 2010
Banja Luka is the biggest city in Republika Srpska, the Serb region of Bosnia.
The people of Republika Srpska may have wanted change, but they voted in the same party as the previous elections.
The answer lies in the past.
One of the consequences of the war was the exodus of thousands of muslims from this region.
The mosques destroyed here in Banja Luka have been rebuilt, and so have relations. One top muslim politician says he's concerned about the growth of Serb nationalism here
Like much of this region Banja Luka used to be a place where serbs lived alongside muslims and croats- but a new generation is growing up with no memory of that time - and there's no will here to integrate.
Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Republika Srpska.

All Turks should be muted. How dare they express their opinions, especially to foreigners. What do Arabs have to do with the Balkans?

All Turks should be muted. How dare they express their opinions, especially to foreigners. What do Arabs have to do with the Balkans? The arabs are hypocrites. They whine like lil b1tches when NATO bombs them and humiliates them, they are unable to protect the Palestenians who suffer in the hands of Israelis, but are more than willing to interfere in the balkans.... 2-faced b1tches like everyone on earth except the MIGHT SERBS.
