that's not what the video shows ... some of the people are clearly Albanian ! If you're speaking about the man with the Plis, the Plis isn't necessarily Albanian...and it's just 1 guy who kept getting in the picture, he probably migrated there to avoid Osveta (if he is Alb). They are, both part of a larger film shot in 1904 in commemoration of the King of Serbia's crowning. Yeah they're really breathtaking to me, I'll look for more and I'll post them

It's awsome that someone thought to film lost areas of Balkans at that time ! Here is a video of Novi Pazar, from the same year, and is it me or it seems that it's from the same documentary ( ). the guys in 0:36 seem that they have recently stole a goat or killed someone and afraid that police hunts them ;D
