Expanding on what I just said. I would be for an international kind of body consisting of all the European nations currently not in the EU. It would be nice to be able to deliver a proposal to the EU on our terms ( that of the people and not the politicians) that either the EU takes all of us the way we want it or none of us and we form a counterweight.

Foreign policy 'union' or an international trade 'union.' Sure . Never a political union. The political union aspect is the problem the EU has anyway and its the same problem Yugoslavia and the USSR had too.

Not completely but I was comparing both to the EU. In some ways Yugos was better than the USSR and someways worse ( i.e. the Russians didn't claim land , at gunpoint , in other republics even with Russian minorities.

Maybe you're right uz. If it resulted in economic prosperity I could see it. There are a lot of people struggling over there. Peoples main concern is to be able to provide for their family. Working for 15 to 20 euros a day sucks dick.

We have a different psychology than W. Europeans, I don't know what exactly it's about but it's faily obvious that we don't belong there. They try to make us feel inferior because of this, which is part of the propaganda they throw at us. The EU needs us more than we need them.

The question is; Who cordinates this?

The only way this can be done, is if the people in these regions act on their own and stop crying about how Belgrade needs to make this happen.

As you can see, apart from Northern Albania, Albania is hardly part of Illyria at all, While 90% (!!!) of Illyria is on nowadays Jugoslavia.

Skadar itself was build by the Mrnjajevic-dynasty who were Serbs. Northern Albania was never part of historical Albania, but of historical Montenegro!

The Albanians settled on the Balkans in the 11th century, they are not mentioned BY A SINGLE HISTORIAN beforehand, while all other peoples are mentioned, Serbs, Montenegrins, Bosnians, Croatians, Bulgarians and Greeks.

Also, the Albanian Language does not have a single autochthonous Word for seefaring, although the Illyrians were famous seemen!

The Albanian Language only has 200 autochthonous words, the other are stolen from Italian, Serbian, Montenegrin and Greek! And here is some further linguistic Evidence that the Albanian autochthonous Vocabulary is NOT indo-european:

The true ancestors of the Illyrians are the modern days Yugoslavians! They are tall, have long faces and broad skulls, i.e. are typically cromagnid-dinaric. While the Albanians are short, have very dark skin and Turko-Arabian looks!

The only reason there are a few white "Albanians" are because thousands of Europeans men and women were ASSIMILATED and forced to take an Albanian name, like the ancestors of James Belushi, whose true name was Bellios, a Greek name!
