re:
Hate it! Sounds very Arabic. There is some Greek music like this. I think it's called 'tsifteteli' which came from turkey. It is considered somewhat exotic in Greece. I HATE IT!

Albanian Cham folk song, Minush Aga (Little Emin Aga)
The lyrics really make the song:
Osman Taka, one of my favorites:

So Emin is a Greek name? Oh wait, no: www.behindthename.com/name/emi50nMinush Aga is about as Greek a song as: We have already pointed out that Greeks borrowed numerous things from the Chams. Including the Tsamiko (Cham thing/dance), Osmantakas, and Minousis can be added to this.

3 (Balkan) versions of the same song (which I think is either Greek or Kurdish, originally...I'm not sure):
Greek:
Serbian (my preferred version):
Turkish:
I really like the serbian version but otherwise, it's not my taste...
*Edit* It's Greek, originally, I found out...

Constantinoupolitan music:
I like this one:
its for dancing it at 5 am at the panygiri of your village...!
Mikis Theodorakis-Ena to helidoni
Nice version... a bit of greekness in their cold temperatures...they seem free while listening and dancing the greek way...
