They're different. Sure, diplomatic relations in itself isn't important, what it entails is, however. Neighbouring countries should have some form of diplomatic relations, those who govern understand that. And it's of course for self-interest.
It's not that I get upset, I just find it to not be consistent with reality and I expect a certain level of debate. Whether diplomacy between Kosova and Montenegro is positive or not and for what purposes and for who it is positive is worth of debate. That was basically what had been already been talked about.

groet the only positive i mentioned if you cared to notice, was that a Serb flag will be waving in pristina again. Since Montenegro is in the process of changing it's flag back to the Serb tri-color (in another thread on the forum).

Well, sometimes you find gold in shit. A Serbian flag in the middle of Pristina, isn't something albs are going to like, no matter what country it's from.
Been busy, though making time to follow Kosovo's status - it's getting kind of exciting.

Albanians of Kosovo (Kosovars) laugh their ass off and hate almost every nation that even recognized their "Independence" ,Montenegro is taking a chance to be nice with them... while i strongly sure and i believe that they hate every Balkan neighbor. For me Serbo-Montenegrin are Half Serbian decent or sometimes even pure ,in past they inherited a lot of history in common ,where now even the National hymn is different.

Then if it is no Montenegrin Embassy in Pristina ,this state should give up from the recognition ! and i am not quite comfort with this "gold"/"shit" word that spread in this forum PS : Gold belongs to Jews .end of story

The Montengrin President, Filip Vujanovic (a full out Serbian lol) openely said he was against this project, and didn't want his name attached to anything regarding Kosovo as an independant state. Only in the Balkans will you get this sort of politics LOL. This is how you know Montenegro is corperate-runned.
