10 August 2016 | 09:55 | FOCUS News Agency Sofia. “Bulgarian rescuers in Macedonia continue the rescue operation after the floods that hit our neighbouring country. So far the Bulgarian teams have drained more than 60 houses, while today they will pump out the water from 4 more houses.” This is what Krasimir Dimitrov, expert with the Emergency-Rescue Activities Unit with the Security Directorate of Sofia Municipal Office, said speaking for the morning programme of Radio FOCUS. In his words, the situation in Macedonia is already getting back to normal. He added that there was good organisation for tackling the consequences after the disaster. “Many volunteers came to help the people clean their houses. The level of the water is decreasing and there is no risk for the population,” Mr Dimitrov remarked. He commented further that there was enough food and water for the local population. “The problem is that there is no electricity supply and the food cannot be cooked. Different kind of aid is constantly distributed. Yesterday there was a donation of shows,” the expert explained. Krasimir Dimitrov commented further that the Bulgarian rescue teams would remain in Macedonia until Friday.

Cool man, I hope we (Slavs + pro-Slavs) will overcome this great disaster. I hope that Makedonci, Rusi, Srbi + Bugari + Bosnjaci act under one common body.
