Well if it was thinking that way it would not make sense, because that slang was taken out of context, therefore it does not determine skin color. However, saying "Chad African white" would actually mean "no white at all" and makes sense So his whole post was sarcastic? It was nonsensical

I don't get why do we even discuss this? Blonder individuals in Greece obviously have something to do with Slavs, perhaps descendants. Classical and medieval age Greeks were darker than modern Greeks. Almost all had quite dark features. And the same goes for Romans. Not assured? Take a look at mosaics and paintings of Pompeii.

Its just unrepresentative sample and you know it. I don't even need to explain. Miss South Serbia is probably mixed, she simply does not look Serbian, I'd never guess her as one. Its like I say, this is average Greek:

This is not representative of the 100%, but very very very frequent, and you know it. So, overall, Serbijanci are NOT whiter than modern Greeks. In fact I know many mixed marriages where the neo-Greco is blonder than the Serb. There are big amounts of gypsy blood in Serbia. Not in Bosnia, CG, HR,SLO.
This is by no means austro propaganda, but mere observations.
So as I said, leave this apart. There are bigger fish to catch.

come on, be serious, you cant compare the 10-20% on one hand, with the 0.01% on the other hand.

-1 Fake observations. This about gypsies in modern Serbia is true. We got sizeable gypsy population, 6-8%, but I don't count them as Serbs.

Another thing is some of those gypsies would be seen as locals in modern Greece or Albania, and in some cases in North Macedonia and Bulgaria, but most of them would be seen as gypsies in Serbia.

observations coming from a diehard pro-Slav, pro-Serb. Average Greeks think of balkanians as non-whites.
I dont agree about counting them as non-Serbs. This is the opposite. In Greece gypsies are like monkeys, NEVER EVER mixed with non-gypsies. EVER. This is not possible.
In SERBIA??? come on, it is quite normal for gypsies to go to schools, to mix. I have seen it with my own eyes.... PLEASE...... come on man... time to get real... fantasy timeout is over.

and a more general conclusion a different aspect :
The position of gypsies in Serbia, Bulgaria is the position of minorities in societies with imperial background and past, who possess the art of assimilation and integration.
In village wild societies like Greece, Alb, Croatia, where micro-nationalism thrives, in those small fascist societies, it is normal for ppl to pursue bloodline "cleanness".

Gypsies, especially in South Serbia, are well integrated. That's why I praised South Serbia in comparison to Bosnia quite a few times here. That doesn't mean Serbs mix with gypsies. There are of course some cases, but they are so minor that I don't even need to talk about them. What I more often I see how more educated gypsies in larger cities (even in Belgrade) change their names and surname to Slavic ones to avoid racism. I personally know some cases. This actually tells me you really know a lot less about Serbia than I thought you knew. Also there are different kind of gypsies in Serbia, some of them are white and fair and they are unmixed.

by repeating what I said before, makes you think I know less about Serbia.... you have a bias , negative to anything I say, even if you agree, you'll try to make it sound like you disagree. Nothing I can do, I'll pass.

I disagree when someone is so obviously wrong. The only thing I could agree with you is that we have 8% gypsies in Serbia (given most of them are in the south Serbia you might get impression they are Serbs), but that's not our fault. I'm not going to get deeper on why is that because I don't want to victimize anyone or sound like I'm racist.
