Some cities data can be found here on AirVisual website. Some cities in the Balkans (Belgrade especially) are lately (last two years or so) at the top of the list regularly.

Athens, the shittiest shithole of the planet is not in the list. Does that pass your mind as a possible clue that the list above is unreliable?

I don't know, its not in the list, and it sure isn't less polluted than Salt Lake City which is the last in the list with factor of just 3.

Belgrade used to have/has some heavy industry. Athens got the smog out the farts of the albanian sheep all over the athens mountains.

Exactly and we still have it. Nobody thought after sanctions period to first make regulations on industry standards and move the remaining industry outside the capital city where majority of citizens live, and in addition to build roads and railroads to connect them with airports and most important nodes. Actually, lately we have more industry and commercial sector moving into Belgrade.

If the country has no money there is this thing called loan. The problem however is that people in our institutions think they should take the part of loan for themselves as they think they got it because they are pretty, smart or something along that line and should receive blank premium check for themselves, and not to invest it all in the plan on accordance to which they received the loan in the first place. I'm not civil engineer so I'm not sure, but I think owning railroads would pay off faster than building a new highway as its both cheaper for maintenance and construction.

And in order to get a loan there is this thing called creditworthness which is a vague term governed by saksans. To cut long story short, Orthodox slavs are not even considered. If you notice the final works for corridor 10, and especially the predejane/vranje/grdelicka klisura part was realized by "greek" company and along certain other co-occuring "events", like the greek "ionia odos" and the albanian highway.. its part of a bigger whesto plan. When the whestos decides it happens, otherwise its bad bad bad vucic.

Yes, I know there is credit rating but I dont recall a country in Europe bellow BB rating and if I recall well that's the minimum needed for capital investments

Worst part of it: NOBODY WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND MAJORITY OF SERBIANS WONT EVEN NOTICE IT OR THEY WILL BLAME FOREIGNERS FOR THE PROBLEMS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY THEY CAUSED.

ULF, you are into anxiety, CBT, AFT, FBT, OCD, cognitive behavioural therapy and the like at the moment right? I know I am, since our son got this freaking disorder (and I directly blame freaking internet for that, the conditions were biologically set but the trigger was the net and this albanian school he is attending).
Then I realized that disorders are not specific to individuals but can apply to whole nations as well. Serbs are trained to behave like loosers. It will take enormous effort by the parents (SAKSANS) to undo the damage done and re-train the orthodox Slavs that actually they are worth something, that they are not useless. So it wont happen in 7 days "on top of the list". Freaking Greece we are under positive whesto propaganda for 200 years and still we suck in every aspect. Imagine if they train us to spit on ourselves even compared to the balkans for some few months??? No Greece after that. Boom. Gone.
But no Saksan will do that, or they would not set this up in the first place. Dear Slavs, Break your freaking circle some freaking time for Jesus Christ's sake.

I bought Chinese device from alibaba that measures the same thing and I got nearly matching results when I turned it on in my home. Yes, its something to worry about because these levels of air pollution are toxic. We're talking about pollution of heavy compounds that can cause lung cancer.
I'm not on any sort of therapy. I don't know if I suffer from any of the disabilities you mentioned as I did no test, but I do have autism (Asperger's syndrome) which is why when I'm into one topic I'm stuck there for long period of time.
