Strange... very strange... Possibly muscle spasms triggered by the shock to the head?

can someone explain what happened here? The way I see it, that football player clearly shows opisthotonus which most probably occured because of a lesion to the proximal part of the spinal cord of the midbrain he got when he fell on his head. Opistothonus also appears in many infectious diseases like tetanus or rabies or in chronic neurological disorders like epylepsy. But these options are not possbile because if he had those diseases he couldn`t have played football in the first place. Here you have a paining with a soldier with a tetanus infection. 3 specific symptoms can be seen: opistothonus (same as that football player), lockjaw and the risus sardonicus (that sinister grin) For those that don`t know what opistothonus is, here is a definition from wikipedia: Opisthotonus is a state of a severe hyperextension and spasticity in which an individual's head, neck and spinal column enter into a complete "bridging" or "arching" position.PS: Sorry to bring this to all the muslims out there, but it`s wasn`t the "angel of death" who took him, but a severe head trauma.

"This clip is from a match over three years ago between Al-Raed and Hajer, two clubs in Saudi Arabia. The player player's name is Abdulrahman Al-Shoaibi, a Hajer player, and he was hit in the side of the head and suffered a seizure. He had to be taken to hospital, but he was absolutely fine and didn't spend the night there. In fact, he played the very next game for Hajer. The movie title is fake, people here are just trying to spread religious propaganda."
He died some months ago and was a father-to-be..
Rest In Peace..
