Djordjevic sold hotel for 10 million Euros Author: E. B. | 20.11.2007 - 06:00
Belgrade businessman, Doctor Nenad Djordjevic, after selling the most beautiful part of the St. Nikola Island (known as ‘Hawaii’), continued selling his business imperia concentrated in the area of Budva, Montenegro, Djordjevic first sold the building of the Yugoslav River Shipbuilding to one of the most powerful Montenegrin businessmen, Dragan Brkovic. The most beautiful part of the St. Nikola Island Djordjevic sold to Serbian controversial businessman Stanko Subotic either because of problems with Budva administration or pressures made on that same administration.
Subotic’s offer was the one that could not be rejected. Several days ago Doctor Djordjevic sold his ‘Admiral’ Hotel. This time he could not resist the generous offer (more than 10 million Euros) by a Montenegrin businessman Branislav Micunovic ‘Blic’ source could not tell the reasons for such rapid sale of Djordjevic’s real estate imperia at the seacoast. Are they perhaps his silent elimination from the Montenegrin business world, or the doctor decided to return to Belgrade and start new business in Serbia.

Totaly agree, while the market is overpriced that is the time to cash out. Because as we all know overinflated markets come crashing down very quickly.
