Are the Aegean Islands Greek or Turkish?

Turkey has concerned about the violation activity of Greek soldiers on a tiny island in the
Aegean Sea in 2020. With Turkish media featuring images of Greek soldiers arriving on the
island, the Foreign Ministry in Ankara said, “We will not allow such a provocation just across
our shores.” The Aegean islands are still a problematic issue between Turkey and Greece.
Therefore, nobody knows whether these islands are Greek or Turkish.
