Another good result for Montenegro, especially without our best players playing. I know Norway is a second rate team but a 3-1 victory is still a great result. I honestly believe Montenegro is as strong as Serbia at the moment when it comes to football, maybe Serbia edges it in defense, but Montenegro easily has better strikers. With Serbia again putting in a rubbish performance against Ukrane i think my argument holds water.
Here is the link for the Goals.

honestly i am impressed with that result . i think you're about right with that montenegro is around as good as serbia now.
i would think that montenegro would be roughly as good as BiH, macedonia, serbia, bulgaria

Yes, Croatia are by far the best team in Ex yu, They play as a unit and have great team spirit, somthing that Serbia never have, the Serbs are always fighting internally, player not liking one another, even though usually Serbia has the better individual talents, as a team they are very poor. I think Montenegro has a bit of that Croatia team spirit, a new country proud to put on the shirt, somthing the Serbs i feel lack.

A great game, especially for the Hrabri Sokoli
This game showed how good the rest of our team is, since this game was without Montenegro's top stars, Vucinic, Jovetic, Purovic
We're a really new team and we're playing better together, I feel that 2010 is a big possibility

Awesome.
It seems whenever someone gets independence they win by a margin.

We got independence 2 years ago, and won our very first game.
This game was more than a margin, we slaughtered them.

Montenegro would've lost even worse in Kiev. Ukraine was a World Cup team, and they played well. Norway is not worth mentioning.
Serbia is still working things out with a new coach and players who are unfamiliar with each other. Things will get in shape by the time world cup qualifications are around.
