Rusi su buducnost Crne Gore! Ima 31,000 Ruskih biznismena u Crnoj Gori. ;D Ima oko 5,000 Rusa sto sada zive u Crnoj Gori cele godine.
U CRNOJ GORI 31.000 RUSKIH BIZNISMENA | 10:43 -> 11:10 | Izvor: SRNA

^ You clearly don't get that what I posted is a joke. Their are at what, 5,000 Russians know living in Montenegro. They are for the msot part irrelevant to Montenegro's future. But you know, you prove your idiocy.
furthermore. I found it on B-92.

The worst thing is probably half of those 5000 russians are criminals, did we not have enough of our own in Montenegro to deal with, without importing more!

^ They needed more money so they looked at rich Russian criminals to help finance their activities. ;D
I don't think there really is a connection between Russian & Montenegrin criminals. The Russians are coming to Montenegro for two reasons: - They do not need visa's here. - Montenegrin laws make it the easiest place launder money.
