Now to the point. If by white (I assume you mean Caucasoid race) you mean European looking then no she doesn't look white.
White is an obscure term and it can easily include races which are not usually seen as Caucasoid. For example eastern European Ladogans (or how I call them also Lappoids as oldest European people who have this appearance are Lapps) is anything but Caucasoid in appearance. This is in effect primarily de-pegmented Mongoloid race. Much of the eastern European population and even north European (to a smaller degree) is at least part Lappoid.
Now Lappoids are white by skin color (as are Eskimos) but are not Caucasoid and thus are not of white race.
Back to the topic at hand.
Does the girl on the picture appears caucasoid? No.
She appears as a mixture between Mediterranean race and Mongoloid race with perhaps a minor Bantoid influence (formerly known as Negroid) influence.
She looks primarily mestico (Caucasoid/Mongoloid mix) and has as a result central American appearance which is also noticeable among some Arab women.

^ Her nose isn't narrow enough and its somewhat more broader than the average you would find within the pure caucasoid. The first picture of her came across to me as thou she's from the sub-contient?

She looks like a chola (1/4 Spanish 3/4 Indio) with a big nose. But since you said she was from egypt i will guess
Irano-Afghan (a med type) with some mongoloid, and negroid.
