I don't care what they felt, it still wasn't an inter ethnic civial war. It was a war between countries.

Ok then, there was no Yugoslav ethnicity, only a made up nationality that people had no choice but to accept. The war DID NOT EVEN occur in Yugoslavia. So this was not a civil war.

Yes citizens of one country, a country that did not exist after '91 (only in today's Serbia was it still technically Yugoslavia) The war was not in Yugoslavia after '91 but in Croatia and Bosnia apart from the US shelling of Belgrade which was not really a war now was it? Read my post above. You guys still don't get it.
Back to Dragan, well where will they send him to? Yugoslavia, a country that doesn't exist and where he didn't even commit the crimes in? You want them to send him to the Hague?

^Exactly right. A civil war would be a war between Croats vs Croats, Serbs vs Serbs. That war wasn't, in some small instances it was only because certain people wanted to outs certain others for the power of each country, but as a whole it was a not civil war.

I made a new recipe as I got sick of my spinach and ricotta lasanga. Slanina (kaiserfleish or prsut cut really thin) with mince, tomato. Make it into a lasagna and put some nice melting cheese through it. :-)

Look there is no doubting there were many sectors of the war and mini wars withing the larger picture. But a civil war for example would be in Sri Lanka between the rebels and the govt. Our war was a war made up of not only 1 country but of 3 countries. Just because we were apart of 1 country before it happened it it doesn't mean it was a civil war amongst our own people. Even under Yuga we were recognised as entities.

I have tried Travnik cheese before when I was over there but to my delight my aunty now imports it to sell in her deli. I was jumping for joy. Has anyone tried the feta like cheese...there's also this other one thats kind of soft with a smokey flavour. They are all from Travnik. What other ones should I try?

Nikola, you should learnt to make it. My Maco collegue makes a killer ajvar like thing...yes he's a man and can cook! About this body type, you know some people are genetically like that. Like my first Aussie boyfriend I spent 5 years with was very slim and tall. I felt fat next to him but his body type was so slim that no matter what I feed him he wouldn't put on weight. And that actually depressed him, he hated being so skinny but he couldn't help it! So don't make fun of these people, they already have low self esteem cause of it.

And amen that didn't happen. There still would have been some kind of Bosnian identity though.

What are you takling about the first two wars of the 20th century had nothing to do with them. So it still wasn't peaceful and anyway someone would have invaded if it was not for them. We had it all. The Balkans, Home Of The Invasions :-)

Anthologic, you are diverting the issue. This was not a civial war. This was not a war started by Croatia to exterminate the ethnic Serb population of whom were already there, whatever if they claimed to be Croatians or not.

Anthologic, I am not denying anything you said just above except for one thing. If everyone DID not want this to happen and if no one is responsible then why let it happen. Clearly they wanted it so stop excuses for the actions of Milosevic.

Yes he was murdered for collaborating with the opposition. He was murdered for being an izdajica. Though he probably thought he was doing the right thing for Croatia which I can understand, but can't you see who he couldn't trust but he tried? And that cost his life. Was it worth it?
Ok from now on I will post every single quote and video on Karadzic, Milosevic and co, and maybe one day, maybe while I am still alive god willing Serbs will understand why Croatia and Bosnia had to eventually defend their homelands. But still then I don't think you will get it.

I'm not asking if he was popular or crazy, I don't agree with everything he was about either. I was saying where does it say in 1863 anything nasty toward anyone under his idea of a Croatian state? It doesn't.
You don't know why Radic was murdered? Oh my someone hasn't read his history books.

for radovic, I still never quote him or anyone else. My response was to other's asking about what I think about that and yes it was his response to his feelings in what he felt was an impending invasion. Nothing more and nothing less. I don't need anything else to support my views, because believe you me there are lots I could add here from all sides. As I said before the proof is in the pudding, the whole 5 years of blood on ALL sides.
You mention Starcevic above, in which section of his constitution is there a hatred toward any ethnicity, race or religion? Everyone is represented there equally. Oh my there isn't is there?

That's where you are wrong I have never ever personally quoted or linked any videos to any political leader here. Here I have only discusses politics and history as it happend. I have only discussed what mess they created and what they need to be accountable for. I don't use a mish mash of quotes or sayings for my benefit.

I never said that's how it started so stop miaquoting me. Re my last post, many people did not fathom what would happen, and when we saw what did then yes many more finally stood up for it. Unfortunately it was too late.
