Attention Emperor ....I hope you make nikolaa a moderator here ...
we need one ...you know what I mean
Niko....we need you to stay here and become a moderator ...
but be warned : you will get punched by Greeks,Serbs,Bulgarian and even us Albanians ...and maybe the Koreans also ;D
we need you to take all the punches and try to stay standing or trying to get back up ....I believe you are a survivor ...and its part time ...the pay is low and just dental insurance ...and after 120 hours of service they offer Carpal tunnel syndrome coverage
you can do it .....we dont have many like you ...we have only passerby'ers that cant take the punches ...they come in the front door and exit out the back ...they basically get it from all sides and takeoff
jas ke ti pomozam ....dobro ?

Haha, I don't think I can take many punches either. I joined up once on the previous board and posted some Macedonian girls pictures but I got annoyed when everyone kept saying they were Bulgarian. So I left.

^^ That happens a lot to Macedonians in the forum. I for one feel bad since many times they come simply in order to chat yet they find themselves attack from every side...

I also would like to see more 'Macedonians' here and Nikola seems moderate and civil and I wouod see no reason to upgrade him into a mod if he would want that.

I've never been a moderator before but I'm willing to give it a go.
The reason Macedonians don't come here is because of all the insults. If I can curb some of that, then people may join up.
I'm going to be away for a few hours though so I won't be able to reply till later.

You 'Macedonians' are really brainwashed. Check out this site: www.mak-truth.comThere was this other very interesting site www.macedonia.info but the licence of the Bulgarians who owned the site must have expired and now it's a Greek site full of their Ancient Macedonian Hellenic propaganda. The Bulgarian site was way more interesting. There are absolutely no proofs that the ancient Macedonians were Greeks other than the fact that they took part in the Olympic Games. That doesn't change the fact that when the Slavs arrived in Macedonia the ancient Macedonians didn't exist anymore, they had been hellenized and had lost their ancient Macedonian language. They had become Greeks. You have no right whatsoever to Macedonia, not even to the 10% of FYROM that is a part of the real historical Macedonia. Another fake claim of yours is that Macedonia had never been a part of Greece before 1912. Well it was a part of the Byzantine Empire which was a Greek statehood despite the fact that Byzantine Greeks called themselves Romans (Romaioi). The official langugage of the Byzantine Empire was Greek, it was ruled by Greeks, it was a Greek statehood. You FYROMians never had a statehood before 1991. The kingdom of Samuil was Bulgarian and Samuil called himself Bulgarian (this info I got from the former site macedonia.info). Anyways the dialects of Pirin 'Macedonia' are more similar to the Shop dialects of Bulgaria and to the Bulgarian official langugage than to official FYROMian. They have almost the same vocabulary like official Bulgarian. In Pirin dialects exporter is called iznositel, in FYROMian izvoznik just to give you one of the many examples that exist. You have no right to FYROM either because FYROM has been inhabited by Bulgarians before being inhabited by 'Macedonians' and it has also belonged to Bulgarian statehoods (the first and second Bulgarian Czardoms) before belonging to FYROM in 1991. Read this Bulgarian folk poems from present-day FYROM and Greek Macedonia where ordinary local Bulgarians from the 19th century said they were Bulgarians: mak-truth.com/nr_kbfs.htm'The book "Folk Songs of the Macedonian Bulgarians" contains 322 women's songs, mostly from the village of Prosenik near Seres, but there are also ten songs from villages around Veles, two from Debar and one from Krushevo near Prilep. I would not bore you with numerous quotes of the kind "ubava Jana - bugarka", or the recurring motif of three-way competition among "...prvata e bugarka, vtorata e vlahinka, trekjata e grkinka..."' Poem written by the 'Macedonian' Konstantin Miladinov: Grk i Blgarian-Greek and Bulgarian www.mak-truth.com/nr_gb.htmGRK I BLGARIN GRK: Blgarine, prost choveche, Shto tuk stoish, ne se grchish? Nemash ochi da ne vidish Kolku slavni se storifme? BLGARIN: A grkimu star choek, Kak ti tekna tie zboroi Da mi velish, da mi kazhvash? Ya beh slaven i prehvalen I pak sega sum Bugarin Ako sakash Bog milostiv Ke si bidam pak prehvalen. By the way ever since I said I like Albanians the Greeks haved begun ignoring me lol Not that I care too much, I still like Greeks although I think they're stupid for relying on Russia more than the US, probably because of the religion. The US have recognized the name Macedonia for FYROM because the FYROMians are smarter than the Greeks and are on the Americans' side not on the Russians'. It makes you wonder what kind of lobby the Greeks have in the US. An ineffective one because the American government is aware that Greek people love orthodox Russia. And I still like the Albanians even though when visiting the site albanian.com I read hateful comments directed at numerous nations: Serbs, Greeks, FYROMians even Turks (for having conquered and occupied their country). What is unbelievable is that they hate even the Muslim Bosnians (from Bosnia or Novi Pazar) because the Bosnians speak Serbian even though Bosnians never fought any wars against the Albanians. And they seem to think they are the best in the world which is pathetic considering their economy. I like Greeks and Albanians just because they are anti-FYROMians. Otherwise I don't think there is much to appreciate about this two nations.

serban...
Make no mistake...the greek lobbies in the US are american first...then greek. Also, we will not sell out our values just for some political backing from washington. Skopje sent troops to Iraq for their own national interests ( which is fine ) but they sold out their values in doing so. Greece could be the US's bed buddy but keep in mind that for 3000 yrs we never broke our values to more powerful nations for their support and we surely not going to start now.

Hi guy's,
I've been considering this but on second thoughts, I'm going to pass. I know I've contributed to some political arguments since I joined up that's not why I wanted to join. I came here because I want to be around fellow Balkanians and not simply argue about the "Macedonian" issue.
If that's good enough, then fine. I could stick around and contribute. But, I won't argue about politics (unless something really get's up my nose).
Another thing, I was born and grew up in Skopje but I also live in Australia (like a few people here seem to). I have property in Skopje and Bitola and I go back when I can but maybe my point of view isn't what this forum needs?

I dont know why u get offended when fyrom girls are called Bulgarian. Do u think thats an insult? For your info, bg ladies are among the most beautiful women in the world. Relax, they do not have tatar features.

Ok Nikola, understood.
Also, I think people should ease up a bit on him since he himself said that he is not here out of political reasons but due to the fact that he wants to spend time discussing with fellow Balkanians. Either way none of us are politicians here and nothing will exactly change the actual situation on the political arena. Not to mention this is forum for people from his country thus certainly he can express his views freely here.
PS: As far as political arena goes the only conceivable compromise between Athens and Skopje that might be accepted by both and seems most logical is calling the country by the name 'New Macedonia' as nothing else doesn't have a chance in a blue hell of being accepted (which means that status quo will resume indefinitely).
