This is why you find Balkan food boring, Illyiria. You don't like to improvise. What could go so wrong if you put a green pepper in the goulas?

Oh I never said it was boring, when I cook I never make the same thing twice. But sorry man, goulas is only red stuff dude...and red only, in a paprikas perhaps you can improvise and put all three peppers in :-)

Not really. There are some recipes that allow the use of potatoes in gulas as well. And imo, green peppers taste better than the red ones when used in a stew.

Listen, Skoric, I was trying to present you in a positive light for Illyria. If you don't like a possible date with her, you should have informed me ;D Nilo, your cake looks nice. Don't be so modest True, I'd prefer goulas over cake any time but this doesn't diminish your skills ;D p.s. As a cook you have progressed enormously. As a driver?

Rusey, Thanks! I'm glad you think so...the taste was spot on but I still really don't like the look of it that much. I can do way better than that, I'll show you! . What's goulas though? Is it better than how Toblerone used to be? Hahaha! My driving skills haven't progressed since they were perfect to begin with - you know that, come on! ;D.

Hmm, hard to compare them. Goulas is a traditional Hungarian meal consisting of beef, red onion, red peppers and paprika. Potatoes sometimes as well ;D
I hope you don't mind my jokes about your driving. I sometimes joke with Schumacher as well but he an excellent driver just as you are ;D

Oh, gulash! Haha, I thought you were taking about some dessert...;D. You're right, they're not somethings you can compare to one another, lol...
Well, if Shumacker can take your jokes then I certainly can, too ;D. The main thing is that you know I'm on his league , jokes aside ;D.

In terms of cooking you are of the same calibre as Gordon Ramsey and in terms of driving as Mika Hakkinen ;D
