Kasto,
Such legislation means to cover the sensitive issue of abortion as Toskaliku explained. Otherwise a precedent is se which affects women's right for abortion. That said, it still doesn't change facts; if the law says dolphins are fishes, it doesn't make it so. You dont seem to accept international law in relation to Turkey's territorial sovereignty judging by your picture of the "ekklesia" !!
Even though this unborn baby wasn't a complete person (just like a newborn baby isnt, as development continues), it was still a human being, an unborn baby, end of story. And these two Greeks killed it ...

Yes I am sure you're in shock over what happened ...
The list could be reversed with crimes committed by greeks against Albanians. With Greek crimes, it is two-dimensional. On one hand, crimes committed by ordinary citizens/criminals, and on the other hand by state employees and organs, e.g. police & military!

Apparently this two animals killed 4 human spices in 4 different phases of development. Does it make the crime less because one of the human species was in earlier phase? If it is so, that would be a strange law to me. Does this logic advances with different levels of punishment for different ages? What if someone kills someone just one minute before he is to naturally die? How this logic reconciles with that? I'm interested to know if the law regards on the same basis: taking a life and taking a "persons" life. Is it the action of taking "the life" or it is only a "persons life" that law tries to punish? Can human life exist out of a person? If so; taking this life is it consider a lesser crime or not a crime at all?

What has territorial sovereignity to do with calling the Hagia Sofia a church? Why are you not able to just accept that Im right on the issue about the killed unborn kid? Why the need to invent some totally far fetched crap that has nothing to do with what we are talking about in order to attack me? You want to make me look like someone with double moral standards? Nice attempt...but look at the mirror first of all perhaps...."Greeks killed Albanians"...does it go any more racist?
And for a last time: An unborn kid is no person....if you understood a bit what I wrote you wouldnt repeat the s.hit you are talking here...
you didnt understand anything...someone does immediately recognize that you are a humanist...totally incapable of logical reasoning.....when it comes to topics like the one here....

The Greeks are the epitomous enemies of the Albanian people. It is the duty of all Albanian people to understand this and to take proper blood for this attack from the proper parties in Albania.
It is justified for any Albanian to kill a Greek in Albania for this.

So the idiot that screams for "Orthodoxy" doesn't consider an unborn baby a "human?" Ask your Pappas what he thinks about this issue.

It is still a crime similar to murder. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_destructionlearn. Just because an unborn baby is not classified as a person it doent make it ok to cause them harm. It can be punishable as manslaughter via uk legislation.

I see so greeks are the enemy, and i was thinking maybe i should donate some money (not that i have much) to little Mirgena but since im her enemy she would probably not accept my money anyway right?

I never said sth else..
if you look at it you will recognize that that was an especial decision...because killing an unborn kid is usually not punished according to the same paragraphes as born humans. Thats what I was talking about all the time...

Actually killing an unborn is punishable by law in many different countries. It may not be under the title of Murder yet manslaughter, or child destruction can be applied. If the mens rea is to harm that baby in my opinion it should be murder, but then legal complications would occur about abortion. The actus reus is what counts. In this situation there aren't any mitigating circumstances and what was done to that poor unborn victim was definate Murder, yet due to being unborn it should be charged as manslaughter
Regardless your comments are insensitive and rebellious to a crime of a very ugly nature. There is not once single word that can be said to make it sound better including ' well the baby isn't a person...' What would your orthodox church say about this, take it out of legal terms, what would the religious view on the case be? since u carry around an avatar of the Aya Sofya in istanbul its a relevent question to you.

Orthodoxy is part of my national and ethnic identity...Im not really religious. The Hagia Sofia is a Greek church to me...like the Akropolis a Greek fortress etc. Sensivity...compassion...and nice words....thats all unimportant here. The unborn child is dead and none can revoke that. What is now important is the accusation of the committers...and for that...we must be juridically correct. Thats all I pled for...

Sensitivity towards the issue is of utmost importance both in a court of law and in a forum, where obviously the forumee's are upset and frustrated by such an idiotic evil act.
I haven't said anything incorrect, the actus reas remains in place does it not? therefore a crime has been committed whether willingly or not. Unless the defendents plea insanity which is doubtful since it is obvious they are not, a good lawyer for the defendents could prove the intent to harm and destroy the life of an unborn. This should result in manslaughter.
The only thing the accused will have on his side is the ' but would the child have lived if the evil act hadn't been commited question?' Still they must be held responsible for the death of the unborn infant.
You should also learn to differentiate between speaking to people who have legal knowledge and those that do not. Your intent was provocative in my opinion, as though u regarded the infants life as unimportant in this case, whereas it is indeed one of the most important issues.
I doubt the German legal system allows such acts to go unpunished.
