Report: Envoy Warns Russia Could Use Force Over Kosovo -AFP MOSCOW (AFP)--Russia could resort to "brute force" if NATO or the European Union defy the U.N. on Kosovo, Moscow's envoy to the military alliance said Friday, Interfax news agency reported. "If the European Union works out a common position, or if NATO breaches its mandate in Kosovo, these organizations will be in conflict with the United Nations," Dmitry Rogozin said in a video link-up from Brussels. "We too will have to proceed from the view that in order to be respected we must use brute force, in other words armed force." (END) Dow Jones Newswires 02-22-080438ET Copyright (c) 2008 Dow Jones & Company, Inc I got two facts, that none of your silly slavic sources can prove wrong 1# The dog that barks doesnt bite. 2# NATO vs. Russia will result in Russia asking for mercy or WW3 where we all would lose. We win no matter what.

Its all about Nuclear bombs. If you think Russia would use WMD, think again. They wouldnt even do it if all the Serbs were shot one by one. Because it would result in a demolished Russia. WMD is responded with WMD, clear fact. Russia may send soldiers but they stand no chance. It would be without WMD. Kosova is sourrunded by NATO, whilst your precious Russia is thousands of miles away. Please try to start a war I'd like to see Vojvodina independant

"Russia has not ruled out using force to resolve the dispute over Kosovo if NATO forces breach the terms of their U.N. mandate, Moscow's ambassador to NATO warns. Riot police were guarding the U.S. Embassy in Serbia Friday, pictured, after it was torched by protesters."
Pyrro this is really serious stuff, honestly the USA inparticular would be whole heartedly dumb to think that Russia were now just bluffing!.

I hope, lets say if it is a bluff, that it will reverse USA, Germany and English intentions to this horrible agrression.
I also get the feeling this may not be a bluff but a serious threat toward the abovementioned trio, we did not see anything like this during 1999!.

All these places surround Serbia including the province of Kosovo.

That will lead to the replacement of international law with military force in the future" in paragraph 2 in news item issued February 22 at 12:12 p.m. Moscow time) Kosovo precedent will lead to increase of violence as means of solving intl issues - Rogozin
MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - Russian Ambassador to NATO Dmitry Rogozin does not rule out that the Kosovo precedent will lead to an increase in the use of military force in the protection of state interests. "If the EU and NATO go beyond the mandate determined for them by the UN, it means that they in some sense get into a conflict with the UN. That will lead to the replacement of international law with military force in the future," Rogozin said in a televised linkup with Brussels. Rogozin believes the Kosovo issue is now a conflict of philosophies, a conflict of approaches to the system of international security. "When the Russia-NATO summit takes place in Bucharest, I think the Russian president will not be shy to talk about our interests and say that everyone should have security," he said.

From CNN "If the EU works out a single position or if NATO steps beyond its mandate in Kosovo, these organizations will be in conflict with the U.N., and then I think we will also begin operating under the assumption that in order to be respected, one needs to use force," Moscow's ambassador to NATO Dmitry Rogozin said, in comments carried by Russia's Interfax news agency."
Russia besides introducing new ethics in international politics, introduces the correct *gentlemen* way of expressing thoughts in civil manner (unlike the constant 1D bullying by the US).
In this very example above, Russian For. Ministry, threats to use violence in kosovo.

you know what , this eventually will all simmer down, fine they declared independence. a few countries recognized them, and more i am sure will also. what about the others that didn't though? so whats the point of kosovo for the albos? having some countries recognize you and the others recognize you as still a part of serbia? they can neverr be a recognized country, they will never a a seat in the eu, they for ex. can never have a representive from kosovo in the olympics, why because a s acountry they do not exist. and in time . onda kolo srece ima da se okrene, mic po mic
