First of all, it's 'Gilbert in der Maur'. Second of all, you are posting information that is purposefully misconstrued and distorted in every which way possible. My guess is that you've never even read the book you quote from, but rather seen some pro-Serb site listing it as one of it's quoted references, most likely out of context. We've seen you blindly COPY/PASTING from such sites where they reference Brailsford in an an attempt to prove that Macedonians were Serbs, however, Brailsford's conclusions clearly state that Macedonians were NEVER Serbs.
Regardless, I doubt that anyone one actually takes you seriously, aside from the occasional Serb who only supports you because you view yourself as a Serb.
As I've told you, if you'd like to compare sources I'd be more than happy to do so. But by the looks of it, all you can do is randomly post authors and books that you've never read or even opened.

The main purpose of the Bulgarian Exarchate was counter the Greek Patriarchate's attempts to assimilate the people. If you were just slightly better informed, you'd know that the Exarchate priests were at certain points encouraging whole villages to side with the Patriarchate in order to avoid further persecution.
And out of curiosity, what happened to you "talking" about the IMRO? All these movements, the Bulgarian Exarchate, the IMRO, and all other patriotic initiatives are mainly inspired by the local populations of Macedonia (ie. Macedono-Bulgarians) or by those same Macedono-Bulgarians who immigrated from Macedonia due to Serb and Greek pressure.
Would care to tell me why is it that when Serbia and Greece forcefully occupied Macedonia in the early 1900's, the local Macedonians that were under pressure immigrated to Bulgaria and not to Serbia or Greece?
