And here is another map showing the same thing basically. All former Yugoslav people are grouped as one this time but, as you can see, they stretch down into Greek territory while Greeks themselves don't go north very much but instead, are very close to the Italians.

That's because Greeks assumed Slavonic words when Slavs migrated. nope, i am talking about ancient greece/greek here. Hindsight bias.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add.. Pyrros , also all Serbian rulers on old Serbian frescoes are painted to have brown hair, except Mrnjavcevic. Duke Lazarus even had light auburn hair in most frescoes

Nikola, thanx for sharing this! Deucaon, for me, its almost time for a last beer and sleep. Anyways, for the moment, search for the ancient-greek/slav words for "life, run, gift, woman, cheese, zealot, jealousy, will-love, water, ox". It is one of my dreams, someday to compile a full list of ancient slav, ancient greek words with the same meaning and same sounds. There are lot of them. PS Hint, as you and i know by ancient we mean BC, before Christianity was born. Deucaon, you know how Alexander the great called his horse? Vu-kefalas, which means ox-headed. How is "ox" in Serbian/slav? Vo/Vol/wół!!! Ulf, the greatest Serb ever : Didn't look too blond.

LOL!!! By photoshop, i guess he could look blonder or darker, according to the will of the fabricator.
Now coming back to what Nikola posted, it struck me, how it is the very first time when RepublikaSrpska is presented along with Serbia as a separate entity, and shows the huge similarities of Serbia with RS, while at the same time the differences with muslimo-croat federacija (mentioned as BA). The Bosnian Serbs are only a little bit slightly closer to the muslimo-croats than the Srbianci, somth i have promoting here for ages, after witnessing this with my own eyes for ages.
ARSENIJE BRO!!!!! THERE YOU HAVE IT BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AT LAST! Muslims ARE different than the Serbs. I know this does not help to claim the whole Bosnia as Serbian, but saves Sumadija/southern Serbia, right?
The same map also, shows GREATER distance between Kosovo Albs and Albo Albs!!!!!!!!
THANX NIKOLA!! pls tell us more, where did you find this? any paper?

THANX NIKOLA!! pls tell us more, where did you find this? any paper? I don't remember, it was from a few years ago. The same map also, shows GREATER distance between Kosovo Albs and Albo Albs!!!!!!!! Like I said, the Balkan samples are very small so it's difficult to come to a definite conclusion. I'm sure that with a larger sample, some of the countries in the Balkans will move around. But, that map does indicate that some people are out of place compared to where they are located geographically. Albanians, despite being physically located further away from Turks than Macedonians and Bulgarians, are actually genetically closer to them than either group. It could also explain why to the eyes of Macedonians, Serbs, etc, Albanians look like Turks (or Turk like). Either way, that map also shows that every country also overlaps with it's neighboring country and that we are all very similar to one another.

sure, it has a small mistake, tho. The geo-map says SK for Slovakia, but in the genes-map SK is south of Italy, which rather means Sicily (Sikelia) and not Slovakia.

Yes, but that Slovakian sample is based on only one person. And it just so happens that they chose a Slovak who is actually Italian, which would be very rare I would think.

By photoshop, i guess he could look blonder or darker, according to the will of the fabricator. Pyrros, relax. That is his authentic look made by "Muzej vostanih figura"
