this imbecile said his primary language was greek and serbian...that's two languages you gimp, mindless twat! he was taken as a young child to serve for the sultan you s**thead, how do you assume his primary language was either greek or serbian? if anything it would be turkish, an albanian, whose father was an albanian prince, lives among albanians, comes back to the fatherland and forges a union of albanian tribes.....how do you c**ts arrive at these conclusions? He only knew how to write in cyrillic and was only heard/witnessed speaking Serbian and Greek. You're last paragraph got the better of yourself - you totally - as always missed the point. Yes he was about Albanian unity, yes he was fighting for Albanian liberty but it wasn't long till all his people forgot about him... and was ressurected during the commie times undert that clown of yours hoxha to stir nationalism - something non-existant since the Ottomans for you people. For Centuries Albanians didn't recognize Skandenbeg as anything - this wasn't till hundreds of years after the Rest of Europe recognized him as a Christian Hero. You ever wonder why? I am not attacking Skandenbeg, quite the opposite you dumbfuck - I am attacking how morons like you interprete him.

Obilic being an alb .
I am guessing that the confusion lies with the word Kopil ?, while I generaly like Noel Malcolms studies, his bias and or deliberate negligence does shine in his work, such a shame. Kopil is also a Serbian word which Malcolm so convieniently neglects to inform his readers. I am of the opinion that Milos Obilic did not exist and this name was given to an unnamed hero who gutted the Sultan (Konstatine wrote about the assasination but did not name the assasin).
karadjordje.
I didnt know that Albanians where trying to claim him ?? But there is no doubt as to who"BlackGeorge" belongs to, he was A Serb, Dordje Petrovic and if anyone needs a outside source documenting him they need only look in th Austrian Army archives, he and his acheivments are well documented, so there is not a chance he could of been Albanian. Yes of course, I was only giving short examples as to what Albanians, or idiots in here who claim this identity try to claim. When the fact of the matter is the Albanians have the shiftiest and least documented identity in Balkan.\ It was a Serb who took out the Sultan, being the only man in history to do that - at this point it doesn't matter what his name was the assassin himself is documented well as being a SERB. However, why hasn't the name been documented raises question to why "they had to make a story behind a made-up name". Maybe Obilic in fact was real but later glorified as the military and social stature we give him today - he may have been a nobody with a heart and saw an opportunity.

lmao!! what? another epic hideaway by shqips... so you DO understand the hypocracy yes... I am glad now that you'll stfu about Greater Serbia. Kosovo is a criminal state - a black hole according to the official world. What numbers? Majority don't belong there LOL my answer to you is simple. In Presevo? well... the Albanians there should add the red noses to their attire those clowns. If you weren't blind to your nationalism you would see how it is the albanians in Presevo instigating war and conflict not Serbs, you keep pretending to be unbiase and fall flat on your face everytime. It's hard to let that go man I have to call it out I always do. Like with that rex fella. I've also read that he may have been a mythical character to boost nationalism. A lot of that in the balkans.
Skandenbeg.

Every nationalist speaks of greater this or greater that. I personally would like to see lands where Albanians form a majority within the same border. You see maps of Greater Albania with places like Manastir and Oher within the border but I'm not for that. Although those places have historical significance, they only have a small minority of Albanians. I just want what's fair. I believe I'm the only Albanian here who believes RS should be joined with Serbia, it only makes sense. As far as your Kastrioti statements, what have you proved? Karadjordje, I have no idea. Obilic/Kopiliqi? ? not sure on that either. As lokii touched upon, I've also read that he may have been a mythical character to boost nationalism. A lot of that in the balkans. Where were you in the 90's? Greater Serbia was comprised with exactly what you're saying... all areas where Serbs held a majority you hypocrite.

Serbs only claim what is Serbian - your old arguments about the ficticious "Greater Serbia" is exactly what your "greater" albania has turned into today, that's how deluded you are not being able to see your own contradictions. What you claim to hate is exactly what you are. So shqips, enlighten us about Alexander the Great and his Albanian roots and while at why don't any of you punks follow through with your claims for once about Obilic being an alb and karadjordje? In this forum we went to the ultimate extent in exposing the Skandenbeg fallacy leaving you all speachles, surely you can retaliate with something ?

I always said it, the debunking of the Albanian identity start with Kastrioti. In the central square of Tirana, capital of Albania modern stands an impressive statue on horseback is one warrior who rivets the observer passing through strict expression and strong power. The warrior in traditional medieval equipment, Nets, sword and helmet, which adorns the head of a male deer, obvious symbolism refers to the action of this warrior in mountainous regions, where the wild beasts are proudly live and breathe the air of freedom. The informative inscription at the base of the statue is, of course, in the Albanian language and informs the observer that is passing for the ruler «GJERGJ KASTRIOTI - SKENDERBEU», who lived and worked in 15 ° c. A.D. while the modern Albanians to view and honor him as their national hero. However,as is known, the Albanian language by the end of 19ou century was only verbal and written expression became just then, so there are no old texts. Therefore, if someone historian researcher wants to find how it would be written in the inscription above 15 ° c., Should refer to the language in which he expresses in writing the inhabitants of the wider Epirus (where it belonged and most of today's Albania) during time. However, such language which is spoken but also written in Epirus, from the extreme antiquity to the early 20th century, there was only one and that was the Greek, as is shown by many archaeological finds (inscriptions, coins, pottery, seals, etc.), and the undisputed fact that it was the official language of the Byzantine Empire in education, law, diplomacy and trade. H does not use nor not ceased during the Turkish rule until the 20th century. Therefore, each elementary educated (and 'index of suspicion' ...) modern Greek, who will read this inscription Albanian, referring him Greek - recording the name of 'Albanian' hero, one finds that-quite simply- This is called "George Kastriotis." As for the epithet as «SKENDERBEU», in Greek recording attributed as "SKENTERMPEIS" which is a " a corruption of the Turkish expression "Iskenterbeys" which in Greek means "lord Alexander the Great." As far as I know his primary language wasn't Albanian but rather Serbian and Greek there's a huge possibility he didn't even know Albanian. However, he did fight for this people of how he saw them from his eyes which is completely backwards of how most Albanians see it today. To say he's an Albanian hero is correct, but towards which identity? Todays Albanian-identity contradicts everything of Skandengeg.

what took so long ........where will he meet with Ksera now ?
me and this guy were born in same year and same city and most likely same hospital ...I should of strangled him with his own umbilical cord /if I only knew ...shameful Albanian blood this family "There is no Albanian nation and the Albanian national consciousness was created 100 years ago", "The national hero, George Kastriotis is Greek, like the red-flag that currently is Byzantine, "" The Protocol of Corfu in 1914 which provides for the autonomy of Northern Epirus is still in force and Albania needs to respect "and" First of all we apologize for crimes they did in Greece, because half imprisoned in Greece are Albanians. The the state of war was not lifted off is in place and can not be removed by a statement of Papoulias, but to pass the Greek Parliament . " ethnikismosblog.files.wordpress.com/2012/12/xpappas.jpg I always said it, the debunking of the Albanian identity start with Kastrioti.

You do know what he was directly opposing right? You just proved to me right here you know nothing of what you're talking about and part of that has to do with your blind nationalism towards albania, you refuse to see the correlation of what the empire is against and how this same empire made you. Ghadafi on a personal level loved Serbs, their history and what they stand for and in turn his people too. This video adds more to the first one did it say Serbian Spring? Live from the demonstrations TALKING bout Muslim scums and Semitic followers GTFO You are dumber than I thought. Why pretend to have a brain for yourself when you're just another crumb of the cattle? To the first video, my response to you.
What do you know about Bashar besides what the mainstream tells you? and how about Qadafi? He was more of nationalist than a Islamist but what do your know about that? What you going to do when the Western media declares war on the albanians broadcasting extremism across the world? You going to shift your opinion again? you going to play hop-skotch on diluted facts hoping to shape an image which you can identify with and feel good about? gtfo you've lost your privilege to gain anything out of this. to the second video:
some youtube nerd puts a video together and you get all crazy... if this is what you do with your time you have issues. ..... ..... You are a retard if you think Bashar and Qaddafi are semetic followers going along their agenda how do you explain what happened to them you demented cunt. How do you explain your logic besides copying and pasting diagrams? How can you be so anti-muslim when over 90% of your own people are muslim are you sick? and you're an albanian "nationalist" at the same time LMAO!! you're a walking negation, you cancel yourself out and it wont be long till you start changing your opinions again and probably turn back to Islam.

Albania is an artificially created state and all of Albania is a Greek province Regarding the origin of Albanian tribe if we could call the Albanian tribe, because as I said is a konglamerat populations who are entirely of Greek origin, although may have lost their national consciousness. greek voice. Before the establishment of the Albanian state the Greeks regarded the population of Arvanon Brothers and as participants in the same national essence and the Most of Tosk felt exactly the same. But after the establishment of the Albanian state and the nationalization as "Albanian" the Albanophone Greeks in Greece disassociated themselves and began using for themselves the name "Arvanites". Arvanitophone Greeks
A huge portion of them are Slavic too don't forget, but yes you're right. They know this which is why they reverse the scenario and say everything is them when they're own grandparents never ranted "rex arguments/claims" back then, they today convince themselves that everything comes from them.

Albanians want memorial for fallen policemen removed Source: B92, Tanjug BUJANOVAC -- Ethnic Albanian parties from southern Serbia organized a protest in Bujanovac on Friday and demanded that a memorial for fallen policemen be removed.
The memorial is located between the villages of Lučani and Dobrosin, in honor of the Serbian Gendarmes who died during the NATO attacks in 1999, and later in clashes with the so-called Liberation Army of Preševo, Medveđa and Bujanovac (UCPMB) - an ethnic Albanian terrorist group that has since been disbanded. A memorial placed for the UCPMB members in downtown Preševo without a permit, and later removed, previously generated a great deal of controversy.
On Friday, several thousand ethnic Albanians rallied under the slogan "Together against the monument for the Serbian Gendarmerie in Lučani".
The protest was organized by the local parties, the National Council of Albanians, and the Council for Human Rights.
On Wednesday, President of the Coordinating Body for southern Serbia Zoran Stanković said that the local administrative unit (MZ) in Lučani -a village inhabited solely by ethnic Albanians - had sent a demand for the memorial to be removed.
The initiator of the protest today was the right-wing Movement for Democratic Progress (PDP). Its leader Jonuz Musliu told B92 earlier on Friday that there was "no reason for the Gendarmerie to place the monument exactly there".
"For that reason we will send a demand to the regime in Belgrade to remove the monument," he added.
Musliu also claims that works on this memorial started before that in Preševo and that "written approval of the local self-government in Bujanovac was not obtained".
According to Musliu, "the memorial monument" was placed as "a provocation toward Albanians".
Villagers in Lučani say they are "livid and upset", while local MZ President Ridvan Isufi told reporters that "nobody from the Gendarmerie, or the authorities, spoke a single word with him about this procedure".
HAHAHAHA such cowards, if they want to start a war fucking do it already!!! They're trying to recreate a Kosovo scenario but it can't happen because the Albanians do not have support here - this type of behavior can only harm them, and by God it makes them look like rats. Anyone following this whole deal would agree that this minority really does act like bitches. If the Albanians are so brave try to re-erect another monument for those "heroes" of yours - try stopping the Serbian military from rolling in again - instead of bitching about OUR memorials for OUR people in OUR land. This is just asking for another cleansing.

Atd ......it was a prank ....now they realize that and are pissed off ..check out the link thats on that I posted under the video They're probably working hand in hand, this is beneficial for both sides, 1) people buy into this sort of trash ex;they want to follow-see what happens/have opinions etc and the media makes mad money with sales and advertisers jumping on board - by creating controversy- and 2) Dacic is milking the fact that he sees the media working against him unfairly using it to gain (or appear to) credibility. In other words he's claiming to be doing a good job and there's "big people" with a lot money working against him. Think about how much it would cost for an advertisement to be printed along side a headline like this one or the commercial breaks right after when the anchor announces what will be after the break. This is really what it comes down to.

that's just weird, that's not a prank that's just obnoxious, is this chick a stripper or smth? no way she is a journalist or works for that tv. This was a stunt, an attempt to humiliate him - Dacic has been a target for Serbian media since the beginning. I think he handled it very well, he gave a glance and clearely liked it (big smile), I think he brushed it off well. The media looks for times when he left vulnerable for attacks, they're relentless against Dacic. I think he's doing a great job, especially considering what he has to work with.

Inter-Slavic cooperation is expected just like Albanian cooperation with the Semites is expected. Basically only the majority of Slavs (Serbs,Russians,Slovaks) and Semitics (Jews, Palestinians, North Africa) do not recognize Kosovo, the rest of the workd does. You do know what he was directly opposing right? You just proved to me right here you know nothing of what you're talking about and part of that has to do with your blind nationalism towards albania, you refuse to see the correlation of what the empire is against and how this same empire made you. For Kosovo to be considered a full fledged independent country, the OKAY first has to come from Belgrade, Serbia. Face it man, since 2008 this has been exactly the case - which has kept the peace.
UNres1244 is what has actually kept the peace and it would be in the Albanians best interest to continue to hang on to that for dear life cause when that goes; the Serbs are rolling in.
