A couple of years back there was this kid from Serbia that won 4 golden medals in a row in high school world math Olympiad (one each grade). |

The main reason why people think Serbia is some backwater country is due to Dinaric Serbs who are more clan-ish. But that has to do with the fact they were resisting and fighting the Ottomans for very long, it negatively influenced this part of society. Also that doesn't mean they are stupid although they have some bad habits. |

And "University problem" in Greece is associated with free market limitations in education in Greece My point here is not who is better or more educated etc, otherwise south Italy has similar salaries to Bulgarian, that doesn't make them "inferior" and inferiority doesn't make someone "Balkan". My point is that Balkanic people and especially Serbs really lack the ability to discuss politely and constructively in forums, see the particular serbian guy. I have posted dozens of evidences to support my claims, he has posted nothing than garbage |

Well I can't talk in details for others but I can talk for Poland because I was a couple times there. I was also a couple of times in Greece. Polish capital is smaller than Athens and they have 4x more population as a country, that said it all about social organization |

There's a third option, gdp per capita in these countries and Cyprus and I repeat, there's nothing superior about countries' development. I have met many Cypriots and there is nothing superior about them compare to us, they just have a higher income and better quality of life, excluding this we are the same people And to respond to your previous post about Serbs, at least you provided a polite and genuine answer without insulting. I guess the other serb is dinaric |
