Earliest estimation is the 8'th century which is still 200 years after the supposed Slavic destruction of everything.

i see some Greek words/letters there... don't destroy them please... They wouldn't destroy things like that. You need to give the people more credit because they are a lot more civilized than you think. I find it interesting though that there is actually Greek writing on that church in the first place, because it was allegedly built AFTER Old Church Slavonic became official in the region. Why would they still use Greek if that whole area was Slavic? It makes no sense to me.

Yeah, my mistake, Ivanka is part Czech. But the rest I'm correct on, they are all mixes of something. I'm just saying that Admin chose the worst possible examples of everyone.

Admin, the pictures you have posted to use as examples are mostly of mixed race people.
The three black people you used (Vivica Fox, Chris Tucker & Robin Givens) are Americans, and the VAST majority of black Americans are mixed with white people. Those above would be mixed. Mila Kunis is of Jewish background, Renee Zelweger is part Asian, Ivanka Trump is half Polish, Bjork is Sami, etc, etc.
Real sub-Saharan Africans have wide noses & charcoal skin. Anyone lighter is probably mixed with whatever country they border.

The funniest thing in this comment is: Most pictures do show Bulgarians from Pirin Macedonia (actually children with too much make up and no sense of style who graduate school)... So from the Nikolas comment we can assume that ethnically those children from Pirin Macedonia are deffinately not Macedonians... I thought the Macedonians claimed that in Pirin Macedonia only Macedonians lived who were bulgarized... I guess not How do I know the people you're posting are from Pirin? You could be simply making that up. But more importantly, I have never claimed that Macedonians are all of the same ethnic make-up. Those near Bulgaria, would look more like Bulgarians. Those near Greece, like Greeks, etc. Nice try at being clever but you failed.

There's no point in ethnically cleansing any country because a few years later, immigrants will start arriving again. And thus the problem will return.
The only solution is to slow down migration, in order to allow immigrants to integrate into the society as they move in. If you have too many immigrants too quickly, they will simply form their own ethnic groups and stick to themselves. Also, mostly allow immigrants who CAN integrate, which are those of similar ethnic and cultural background.

Nice photos Nikola. I think next time, instead of spending the night in Leskovac or Nis, we stay at some nice hotel in Skoplje. Is there some "banja" in slavMakedonia, you know with mineral "kisela" water, etc? I know what you mean. Looking at all these developments, it's making me want to visit Skopje more and more. I don't know about any banji though, hopefully fossil can answer that one. Btw, I found a similar thread of Skopje on skyscrapercity created by Serbs. For anyone interested. www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=859016&page=29

by that rate the stadium will be finished by 2030.... Lol, so true, they have been building it for ages. Though I think they have sped up their efforts recently so maybe it's closer to being finished now. I can definitely foresee them building a newer and larger stadium in Skopje once this one is finished too. One with underground parking and everything. This one will be a test bed, to learn how to do it more efficiently in future.

In Ohrid again, an old monastery gets new roof tiles? It didn't seem to need them when I was there. Maybe they're restoring it too.

One of those ancient theater's in Ohrid is being rebuilt too. This was in poor shape when I went there. Looking better now. There was a huge platform down the bottom for bands to perform, but it's been removed in order to rebuild the ruined parts I'd imagine.

Yeah, as a group, they can all be so much stronger, but there is still too much pride in the Balkans. Once claims to other people and their lands stop, maybe everyone would be more willing to cooperate. Just, that's a long way away.

King, maybe when they call you swarthy, they are more referring to your facial features, not just your skin tone. You face looks quite non-European, even though your skin is white.
Balkan people will more likely accept borderline non-European looking people into their society, but the Germanics are not so accepting.

And nor should there be any border changes. I think everyone in the Balkans should suck it up and deal with it, and stop dreaming of greater this or greater that. If countries want to peacefully merge, then fine. But there is no way in a billion years anyone in Macedonia wants to merge with Bulgaria. If it came own to it, they would choose Serbia instead though even then, as a very last resort. The preference is to stay independent.
